Monday & Thursday: 9:30am-5pm
Tuesday & Friday: 8:30am-4pm
Please call to schedule your appointment. An appointment time is set aside especially for you so we can focus completely on your needs. We pride ourselves on staying on time and ask that our patients be prompt and keep their appointments. Please bring your insurance information to your visit. Patients arriving greater than ten minutes late for a scheduled appointment may or may not be seen that day. The decision will be based on how busy we are on that particular day.
A fee of $30 will be added to your account if you miss your appointment without notifying our office 48 hours in advance. All broken appointment fees must be paid in full before we can see, or reschedule you. We must do this to maintain value. If you provide sufficient notice, we can fill your appointment time with another patient who needs care.
Only patients are permitted in the dental clinic area. All others must remain in the waiting area. This includes parents, spouses, and significant others. Before treatment is performed, family will be informed of treatment to be done. After treatment, family will be informed of how the patient did, what treatment was done, and what needs to be done next. Special considerations are made for those with special needs
A parent or legal guardian should be on the premises for all children's appointments. If this is not possible, we can treat children under 18 only with a signed consent. A responsible adult must be present to drop off the child and pick the child up from treatment.
If you have a dental emergency, please call us. We try to see emergency cases the same day. An emergency patient that calls in the morning will have a better chance of being seen that day.
Children under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in the waiting area. If a child is disruptive in the in the waiting area, we will ask you to reschedule the appointment when you can be present for care without your child/children. Children may not go into the operatories while a parent is being treated.
