Alyson K. Amerson - D.D.S.
Dr. Amerson was born and raised in Trotwood, Ohio. She attended Wright State University in Fairborn OH where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance in 1998.
Dr. Amerson later earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from The Ohio State University, College of Dentistry, in June 2004. In dental school, she enjoyed all aspects of dentistry including geriatrics and children.

Upon graduation, Dr. Amerson gained extensive experience as a resident at Veterans Administration in Dayton, OH providing her with a varied background in handling minor to more complex dental cases. With a desire to explore public health dentistry, she moved to Lima and obtained employment at Allen County Health Partners during 2005-2007.

Dr. Amerson is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Northwestern Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and Christian Medical and Dental Association. She is licensed by the Ohio State Dental Board to practice dentistry. She is a member of the Lima Chamber of Commerce and regularly supports local youth groups and Lima area events. She has relocated form Dayton and plans to make Lima her home.

Dr. Amerson is committed to learning new advancements in dental technologies that can enhance her patients experience by regularly attending professional continuing education courses throughout the year.
